For Business Clients & Non-EU Users: Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dublin, Ireland, in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. However, this waiver does not apply to consumers in jurisdictions where such waivers are prohibited by law, including for consumers residing in certain European Union member states.
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within two years after such claim or cause of action arose, except where European Union consumer protection law provides for a longer limitation period.
